- If a booking is cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled travel date, a 100% refund will be provided.
- If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the travel date, no refund will be applicable.
2. Cancellation by Company
If Let's Go Trip Today cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters, operational issues, or other unforeseen events), a full refund will be provided to the customer.
3. Refund Processing
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Any transaction or gateway charges may be deducted, if applicable.
4. No Show Policy
If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time and location, no refund will be provided.
5. Third-Party Services
For bookings involving third-party services (such as hotels, transport providers, or activity organizers), refund eligibility may depend on their respective policies.
6. Modifications
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
